The College & University Sports Medicine Meetings Cancellation Policy:
All refund requests must be sent in writing to: Brian Anderson, 1759 NE 39 CT #1301, Lighthouse Point, FL 33064 Full Refunds will be given if a written request is post marked 30 days before the meeting. Fifty percent refunds will given if a written request is postmarked one week before the meeting. Requests received after the meeting will not be honored. Refunds will be processed after the meeting, and will not be made on site.
