On-Campus Programs

The Collegiate Sports Medicine Foundation offers consulting services for the purpose of setting-up, designing, and follow-up with the development and implementation of a reimbursement model.  The Collegiate Sports Medicine Foundation looks to evaluate the resources available to the university including state licensure issues that may impact the reimbursement model of choice.  The Collegiate Sports Medicine Foundation will work with those necessary to evaluate which reimbursement model (Athletic Training, Physical Therapy, Physician Extender or Facility Rental) best fits the programs needs, philosophies and resources.  Furthermore CSMF will assist with the development of a business model and plan to maximize revenues based upon current primary insurance availability either in a internal or external set-up. 
The Collegiate Sports Medicine Foundation will participate in all of the following:
Meetings with Staff, Administrators, Legal, Etc.,
Education of Staff as to impact and process
Development and Implementation of a Business Plan
Establishment of Documentation Process
Establishment of Codeing Process
Software Advice
Primary Insurance Evaluation
Primary Care Physician Implementation
Development of Reimbursement Provider: Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist, Physician
Quartely Review and Adjustments
Annual Review and Adjustments
Billing and Collections Set-up (Provide if requested)
Informational Materials for Parents

Fees:

Set-up and Implementation:
Initial $2500 for Expenses
Year 1 = 15% for first $100,000 and 12% for $100,001+
Year 2 = 10% for first $100,000 and 8% for $100,001+
Year 3 = 5% for first $100,000 and 4% for $100,001+

Billing and Collection Service:
12% for first $100,000 and 9% for $100,001+
