Cost: 12/5/2008 Carnival Corporation announced the suspension of the Fuel Surcharge until further notice. They reserve the right to reinstate the surcharge should Light Sweet Crude advance past $70.00 a barrel. The cost per person has been adjusted accordingly.

Interior Room: $701.00 / person (Port Fees and Tax Included) based on double occupancy until December 31, 2008)

3rd and 4th Person = $525 each

Ocean View Room: $801.00 / person (Port Fees and Tax Included) based on double occupancy until December 31, 2008)

3rd and 4th Person = $600 each

Balcony Room: $951 / person (Port Fees and Tax Included based on double occupancy until December 31, 2008)

3rd and 4th Person = $650 each

Meeting Attendance Fee:

For each person attending the meeting there will be a $50 assessment fee.

Example: If a husband and wife were to occupy a Interior Cabin with one of them attending the meeting the total cost would be $750 x 2 + $50 = $1550. If both were attending the meeting the total cost would be $1600.

Deposit Plan:

Interior Room: $350.00 (Based on double occupancy) by December 31, 2008 and $400 (Balance) by Feb. 13, 2009

Ocean View Room: $450.00 (Based on double occupancy) by December 31, 2008 and $400 (Balance) by Feb. 13, 2009

Balcony Room: $500.00 (Based on double occupancy) by December 31, 2008 and $500 (Balance) by Feb 13, 2009

Note: Each room will receive $100 in on board credit to be used for excursions, gaming, refreshments, transfers, tips, etc., For those requesting room for more than two individuals please contact Brian Anderson directly.

Topics are 20 min. of presentation with 10 min. for discussion. The presenter will receive an additional 10 CEUs. Such topics could but not limited to the following: Appropriate Medical Coverage, MRSA, PPEs, Sickle Cell, Asthmatic, Emergency Action Planning, AEDs, Heat and Hydration Management Strategies, Concussion Management, Eating Disorder Management, Physician Staffing, Cost Containment Strategies, Etc.,
