Meeting Attendance Fee:
For each person attending the meeting there will be a $50 assessment fee.
Example: If a husband and wife were to occupy a Interior Cabin with one of them attending the meeting the total cost would be $750 x 2 + $50 = $1550. If both were attending the meeting the total cost would be $1600.
Deposit Plan:
Interior Room: $350.00 (Based on double occupancy) by December 31, 2008 and $400 (Balance) by Feb. 13, 2009
Ocean View Room: $450.00 (Based on double occupancy) by December 31, 2008 and $400 (Balance) by Feb. 13, 2009
Balcony Room: $500.00 (Based on double occupancy) by December 31, 2008 and $500 (Balance) by Feb 13, 2009
